Inside a Transformational Year at MPP

Our Team, Our Commitment to You

At MPP, everything we do begins and ends with our customers. You’ve trusted us to deliver consistent performance, collaborate on complex challenges, and help you build stronger, more reliable products. That trust drives every decision we make, and over the past year, we’ve taken real steps to earn it at an even higher level.

It’s no secret that the market has been choppy recently for us and many of our customers. While we continue to monitor the factors beyond our control, we remain laser-focused on the ones we can influence.

That means investing in our people, equipment, facilities, and processes. We’ve strengthened our supply chain by qualifying multiple sources for key materials, building resilience and flexibility where it matters most. We’re investing at a record pace across our U.S. operations, and the goal is simple: to be the partner our customers can count on.

When our experts collaborate with your team to convert from a machined component or assembly to powder metal, we consistently deliver results—less waste, stronger parts, and a partnership mindset that drives the next innovation forward.

Getting Out of the Office, Into Alignment

This spring, we brought together our sales, engineering, and leadership teams in the mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We traded the office for open air, stepped away from the day-to-day, and refocused on what matters most: serving you.

We aligned on forecasts, account strategies, and how to better support each customer we work with. From early morning coffee chats and bear sightings to backyard cornhole and late-night strategy sessions, the week was full of energy, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of purpose.

With a new team in place, transformational investment underway, and momentum building, 2025 is already a pivotal year.

Progress You Can See

We’ve already made significant strides, and we’re just getting started:

  • Built a new sales team and brought in experienced leaders across operations
  • Dramatically improved on-time delivery and quality performance
  • Record CAPEX investment underway to support growth and reliability
  • 100% deployment of 8D, Hoshin Kanri, and front-line leadership training
  • Lean Transformation with our Lean Business SystemMPP Lean
  • Earned more new business in Q4 2024 than in the prior two years combined
  • A landmark win representing the single largest piece of business in MPP’s 75+ year history is a testament to the new vision and leadership at MPP.

We are committed to strengthening our partnerships with all our customers by aligning our investments with our strategic architecture to deliver exceptional value and results.
