Metal Powder Products (MPP) recently installed a 30” high capacity furnace at its Washington Street facility in St. Marys, Pennsylvania. The Abbott furnace is required to increase capacity for contracts received for newly tooled business.
“The 30” furnace will enable MPP to increase capacity and fulfill new contracts developed over the last year,” said Nick Gismondi, General Manager.
The installation of the Abbott furnace adds to Washington Street’s production capacity and increases the flexibility to the production lines.
